Renovation Revival

This quaint cape style home in Wenham blossomed from an outdated, dimly lit cubicle into an inviting, wide-open abode ready to adopt a loving family. The beginning of this project was VERY involved. The property didn't start out as much more than a kitchenette and a hallway leading to bedrooms, which is hardly a "charming" layout, so the general contractor that was in charge of the project moved every wall on the first floor.. and we mean every!

What was left when the dust settled was a much more generous floor space with clear sight lines and updated cosmetics.

Legacy Painting provided all interior and exterior painting on the project, which surely brightened the landscape and enlivened the aura of the surrounding property.
